We are committed to bringing only Lagree Certified trainers to train our clients. While BURN is a new studio, a great deal of science and years of learning and applied results have sharpened and evolved our practice. Each of our trainers bring their own personality and flare, but across the board, you can be assured of a level of discipline and focused skill that is unmatched. As the Lagree method evolves and innovation takes shape, so will our trainers, and so will you.

    Allie is a Sports Performance Specialist, Pre & Postnatal expert, and Functional Nutrition Practitioner with over 20 years of experience. Her classes blend precision and purpose to deliver real results. With a can-do coaching style, Allie empowers clients to feel stronger, more aligned, and truly energized—inside and out.

  • Amanda

    With a background as a competitive athlete, Amanda will bring high energy and a strong focus on movement and form to every class. Whether guiding beginners or experienced clients, she creates fun engaging workouts that are designed to challenge and deliver results. Amanda has been teaching Lagree since 2023.

  • Bre

    Bre brings a unique blend of strength, flexibility, and endurance to Lagree, shaped by her background in yoga, CrossFit, and competitive bodybuilding. Her classes challenge and empower all fitness levels, with a focus on core strength, confidence, and lasting results. Expect to leave feeling strong, energized, and inspired.

    Danielle is a 500-hour RYT, certified meditation teacher, sound healer, and Reiki practitioner who brings heart, inclusivity, and energy to every class. A true believer in Lagree’s mind-body benefits, she delivers high vibes, nonstop motivation, and music that keeps you moving and loving every second.

    Summer became Lagree certified in 2024 and is a strong trainer with just the right balance of challenge. She uses sharp cues and creative sequencing that has a fresh and engaging flow to her class.
